When 6 million gas and electricity meters needed to be replaced for new Smart Meters, facilitated a rethink of product design and operational management.

Embedding sustainability throughout the end-to-end process of a $4 billion annual budget supply chain.

Launched a long-term electric vehicle infrastructure strategy through development of a cross organisational team in a local government organisation.

Created opportunities to connect people and organisations together to accelerate action and shared outcomes. Collaboration and co-design brought different voices, silos, and expertise together, enabling initiatives to proceed.

Introduced sustainable supply chain interventions as a mechanism to promote different purchasing options, by challenging the status quo and offering buying alternatives, while highlighting the pros and cons of existing options.

Worked with a transport heavy department to unlock CO2 and financial efficiencies from a large monthly fuel bill. Achieved significant financial and environmental reductions, while also improving working conditions.

Moved a UK customer centric business unit from zero sustainability knowledge to achieveing sustainable business practice.

Facilitated the installation of more than 100 solar panels onto a company building, saving CO2, and demonstrating the Council’s intention to become more sustainable.

Mentored sustainability qualified graduates to ensure they were able to transition from university into the corporate world utilising their skills and youth.

Upskilled category buyers through specialist training and support on critical contracts to become competent in developing new supplier shared value add to contracts and buying decisions.

Challenged the competitive nature of department working to bring about a more collaborative and cohesive approach to working together through workshops, to increase collaboration and enable operational sustainable practice.
