Enabling Sustainable Supply Chain Interventions
Introduced sustainable supply chain interventions as a mechanism to promote different purchasing options, by challenging the status quo and offering buying alternatives, while highlighting the pros and cons of existing options.
Transport Efficiency Programs
Worked with a transport heavy department to unlock CO2 and financial efficiencies from a large monthly fuel bill. Achieved significant financial and environmental reductions, while also improving working conditions.
Sustainability Engagement Roadshows
Moved a UK customer centric business unit from zero sustainability knowledge to achieveing sustainable business practice.
Commercial Solar Panels Installs
Facilitated the installation of more than 100 solar panels onto a company building, saving CO2, and demonstrating the Council’s intention to become more sustainable.
Mentoring of Sustainability Graduates
Mentored sustainability qualified graduates to ensure they were able to transition from university into the corporate world utilising their skills and youth.
Leading Sustainable Supply Chain Capacity Building
Upskilled category buyers through specialist training and support on critical contracts to become competent in developing new supplier shared value add to contracts and buying decisions.
