Sustainable Business Leadership Capacity Building
Co-created a transformational learning experience for senior managers and critical decision makers in collaboration with, the UK Cambridge University Sustainable Leadership Program team.
Objective: Develop a credible training package that exemplifies sustainable leadership to enable a significant shift, at a senior organisational level, from a linear operating model to more sustainable, responsible, business operation.
Description: With the Cambridge Sustainable Leadership Program, co-enabled an internal senior leadership strategic management mindset change program, utilising the Cambridge methodology but adapting it to be company specific.
This work was the cornerstone to shifting mind-sets at the most senior level and led to a positive re positioning of company strategy and customer policy.
Aims and Objectives:
Understand sustainability and its drivers in a global, national, and local context.
Understand the importance of a sustainable business, what it means to the business and what the future could look like.
Understand how each employee can enable the organisation to become more sustainable.
Achieved:
250 senior managers across the organisation attended the training.
Viewed by some attendees as their best training ever.
Major shift in organisation to sustainable business opportunities and priorities.
Led to the further training of several thousands of staff around the organisation in the following years.
