Objective: Work alongside the new procurement strategy team and embed a sustainable supply chain.
Description: Working within a $4bn company procurement annual budget spend, drove the responsible supply chain agenda into the business, enabling a new strategic respect and depth to commercial value through sustainable purchasing. A sustainable framework was implemented into the existing procurement process enabling sustainability to be considered robustly from business buying decisions through to contract award and contract management.
Ensured that the framework transitioned and became owned by the business and supply chain together.
Achieved: A new way of purchasing sustainably across the company, saving money, rethinking value, and creating more sustainable outcomes.
