This package is centred around building sustainable business knowledge and motivation for employees and managers within any company.
By delivering a training program developed in the UK and used in several organisations this package is all about opening up employees to the professional and personal benefits of thinking and acting sustainably whether in their job or home life.
This program will work in conjunction with any company strategy and aims to build internal capability so aids employee development, while creating new business thinking.
The standard program journey helps to connect employees with the global issues, the national issues, drilling down to the company issues and opportunities, eventually leading to a facilitated workshop to help shape and prioritise team/department/ company objectives looking to surface new ways of future working.
We’re based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, and work with businesses throughout NZ.
